The weak coupling radial magnetic bearing structure and force balance compensation has been proposed in this paper. The force balance compensation of weak coupling radial magnetic bearing is simulated and comparison with bias current linearization. The research shows the force balance compensation can provide bigger electromagnetic force, the process of solving compensation matrix is simple, and the compensation current is more uniform. Meanwhile, The experimental results verify the feasibility of weak coupling radial magnetic bearing with redundant structure and force balance compensation.
